Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka the major institute in vocational training sector of Sri Lanka provides Entrepreneurship Development training to youth those who went to establish small and medium scale entrepreneurial or self employment activities.

It is one of the main activities of Career Guidance, Job Placement and Special Programme Division from year 2004, and recently well established system introduced to develop young entrepreneurs for national economy.

It also Island wide programme by creating more than 750 vocational trainees, as Entrepreneurs yearly.

Goal

Create of an enterprise culture among vocational trainees to take their contribution for development of economy in Sri Lanka.

8 Days Entrepreneurship Development Programmed

Using Germen CEFE methodology develops this package to educate the business knowledge of vocational trainees.

• Help to identification of business environment and develop individual entrepreneur characteristics.
• Prepare their own business plan including the future goals, plans and financial statement.
• Make the arrangements for evaluate their business plan by bank officers to provide initial financial supports through public and commercial bank in Sri Lanka.
