To provide financial assistance to youths who competed vocational training from recognize vocational tainting institutes under Ministry of Youth Affairs to stabilize their own self employments projects. The following vocational training institutes joined to this scheme to disburse loans to their trainees.
- Vocational Training Authority of SL (VTA)
- National Apprentices and Industrial Tainting Authority (NAITA)
- National Youth Services Council (NYSC)
- Department of Technical Education and Training (DTET)
- Ceylon German Technical Training Institute (CGTTI)
Loan Condition
Rate of Interest : 10% per year
Loan Limits : Rs. 250,000 (maximum)
